Cleanup Fleet LLC

Welcome to Cleanup Fleet LLC (“Cleanup Fleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking services through our website, phone, or any affiliated platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Cleanup Fleet LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full-service detailing. Services are performed at a location designated by the customer within our service areas.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, location, and environmental factors.

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.


  • A $50 security deposit is included in the booking price and applied toward the total service cost.
     
  • Prices listed at the time of booking are final and may not be modified on-site.
     

Cleanup Fleet reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, excessive filth, biohazards, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is strict to protect scheduling and contractor availability:


  • 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund
     
  • 24–48 hours before appointment: 50% of the $50 security deposit refunded
     
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: No cancellation permitted; full charge applies
     

If a customer cancels after the contractor has arrived on-site, no refund will be issued.


4. Service Time & Results

Service durations listed are estimates only and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service type.

Cleanup Fleet enforces outcome-based standards, not time-based guarantees. Perfection is not guaranteed, particularly for heavily worn, stained, or damaged vehicles.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:


  • Provide accurate vehicle information at booking
     
  • Ensure safe and legal access to the service location
     
  • Remove personal belongings prior to service
     
  • Secure pets and notify us of any hazards
     

Cleanup Fleet is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.


6. Independent Contractors

Cleanup Fleet utilizes independent contractors to perform services. Contractors are not employees of Cleanup Fleet LLC.

Cleanup Fleet manages booking, quality standards, and payment, but contractors operate independently and use their own equipment unless otherwise specified.


7. Quality Concerns & Disputes

Any concerns regarding service quality must be raised immediately upon completion of service.

Cleanup Fleet will review all disputes on a case-by-case basis, which may include rework, partial refund, or no adjustment depending on findings.

No refunds will be issued after the service location has been vacated unless approved by Cleanup Fleet management.


8. Liability Disclaimer

Cleanup Fleet is not responsible for:


  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
     
  • Mechanical failures
     
  • Damage caused by poor vehicle condition
     
  • Environmental factors beyond our control
     

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


9. Refusal of Service

Cleanup Fleet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:


  • Unsafe working conditions
     
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior
     
  • Misrepresentation of vehicle condition
     
  • Illegal activity
     

No refunds will be issued in cases of refusal due to customer fault.


10. Reviews & Media

Cleanup Fleet may request reviews following service. Photos taken for quality assurance may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly opts out in writing.


11. Modifications

Cleanup Fleet reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
